HOW DID YOU SPEND YOUR SATURDAY NIGHT?

We spent 4 hours of ours at Parkway Emergency room.  Here is Boo looking all cute in her little hospital gown (actually 2 gowns).  At first they thought it was her appendix....

 ...so she had to have the CT scan where they injected the dye in her IV, but she also had to drink two cups of barium.  Here is her "Drinking barium s**ks" face!  Poor Boo.

At least we were in a pediatric room with cute pictures.  And at Parkway, they have TV's in all the emergency rooms!  It makes for a less boring wait.  We watched Cam Newton receive the Heisman, and then we watched 3 episodes of "The First 48."

Rachel is fine and her appendix was fine.  We believe she had a kidney stone and passed it before they could do the CT scan.

My Boo is so dedicated.  You can't see this in the picture above, but underneath the white blankets at the end of her bed was her Medical Terminology book and note cards.  She had been studying in between the pain for her exam today.
