"Don't toot your on whistle" - you toot a horn, you blow a whistle
"You live some you die some" - its win some loose some
"Don't look a gift horse in the eyes" - mouth
"That's par to the course" - for the course
I just laugh thinking about her saying these things! Shout out to - - - - -! (You know who you are! Love!)
