I love growing herbs. I don't use them a whole lot, but I am about to change that. The list of characters are (starting to the left of the spoon and going around the exterior) chives, strawberries, mint, cilantro, basil, oregano, varigated oregano, thyme, and lavendar in the middle.If you know of any interesting ways to use fresh herbs in your cooking, please pass them on!
